Autumn Wall is the most evasive and game-playing loan officer I have ever applied for an auto loan with. I have an excellent credit score and this woman simply chose not to help me. Rude, unresponsive, and seemed to have an outcome already in mind. Each hoop she put in front of me was designed to be an obstacle to getting approved for the loan. And after jumping through all of her hoops, radio silence for 3 days and her automated email saying she was out of the office. Just said to hell with her and chose a better credit union... As others have stated, the 1800 number sucks as well. Avoid this CU at all costs.
Have been on hold now for 25 minutes during lunch. Guess they're all eating lunch and have no one working during lunch hours. Weird since that's when regular folks can call. Recording says they can call me back (at their convenience) -probably once I go back to work. Great customer service Truluant, not!
The local branch people in Mcaddenville are awesome and have done a stellar job opening my family's new accounts. However, calling into their 800 number is another story. I waited for 15 minutes in the Q and clicked 1 for a call back. I wasn't supposed to have lost my place in line; 50 minutes later still no call back. This has been the norm and completely unacceptable. Sadly, I may have to change CUs.
