They should have closed this branch instead of John Street. On a five-point scale they have 5 employees at this branch they get one star for one person who represents BB&T. Upon entering to open business accounts the woman could not decipher The Articles of Incorporation and told me that they were not correct. I drove down to the John Street and opened my accounts because there was no issue. On Monday my deposit was inputted into the incorrect account. I had to call twice to get any resolution. One person, and only one, is a step above all others, thank you to that person, V. Today, was the kicker. The same person told me incorrect information regarding my family's personal accounts, she refused to contact the other branch, and had no idea, again, what she was talking about. I left the branch drove to John Street and, again, there was no issue. DO NOT GO HERE! The tellers are rude and do not use critical thinking skills. If you come close within thirty minutes of closing I will guarantee there will be a reason nothing will be done with your account. Carla will want to home. Horrible. The branch manager never reached out about the mistake until I called. She saw me walk out and never called. UNPROFESSIONAL. I will drive to ANY other BB&T branch to get the excellent customer service I have experienced in the past.
