Very easy quick process Jacob explained everything to me in great detail and was a very pleasant person to work with.
I am unsure how they possibly have 5 stars. I wouldn't trust what they say. Fall on hard times and you will realize how empty their promises are.
I was preapproved and they weren't willing to help or offer suggestions which is strange. Not very knowledgeable about what they can offer and how they work. I spoke with a Jessica and she didn't seem very helpful in answering questions. Very nonchalant... I am an administrator and my hours are 9-5, communication is difficult so she wasn't able to help me in other ways of communicating (email, phone call, etc.). She would call once a day to get me a loan until I called them back on the 3rd call. I can only imagine if someone was late on a payment, I believe they are the type of place who will hound you down. Overall, this Jessica person was very non caring, only caring about getting you a loan but not the situation which is very important. Will be sticking to what I currently have and looking else where for now.
