I was surprised at the ease of the process. Curtis was patient and informative.
I have had a loan with you for a little while. and I have asked for the last couple of years not be contacted about promotional events, so tonight you called my niece to tell her about a loan opportunity...you people are awful. Sell, sell, sell. Don't abide by a customers request and bully people who are desperate into taking a larger loan than requested. I wish I had never done business with you.
After a couple years of on time payments and keeping up other creditors you'd think I would get a better interest rate on the refinance! 20%! I real happy!
