I give them five because it's like every every other company, except they sent me a check on the same day even though I didn't apply. I put it up to save for just in case purposes, because I was not doing to good with staying above water and I ended up having to cash it so I could go to my Grandmas funeral. To give a loan company a low rating when I know loans have high intrest rates wouldn't be fair. They helped me and thank you.
You get a loan for 3k over 48 months. The tax and interest was almost 8k. Was going to pay it off early with taxes still 4k left even if it's payed off a year in advance. Crazy. Read everything. My fault for not paying attention.
By accident had a payment automatically coming out and then made one in person. Was told that when I was showed proof of the two payments coming out they would refund me one. Well I don’t get called back and then I am told they won’t refund me. What a waste of a place. If I could give them one star I would.
I was not given any consideration while applying at one of the pet stores they advertise "flexible and convenient financing" then the sales clerk came out to inform us we were not approved in a very public way.. don't for a second think this company or the retailers will treat you with any respect..
I have used them for loans on three occasions. I have never had a single problem with them. As long as you PAY YOUR BILL ON TIME, you shouldn't have any issues. Their website to make a payment isn't that great, so I just call them and pay the bill over the phone. Problem solved!
