The touch tone service is terrible! Can never get ahold of someone on phone too much automation.
Best business I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They not only financed a car for me but gave me a tremendous great percentage rate. I am now a member of the credit union and will probably be calling on them in the future to do more business. I always try to give out their phone number to dealerships where I buy cars. They just never seem to call. Go figure.

4180 Western Blvd. The representatives there are rude and uninformed and incompetent. We ordered checks from a representative. We waited and waited. No checks. We went back to inquire about them. They were never ordered They didn’t even apologize for their mistake.
