The Supervisor/Manager - Jasmin - needs to realize that being in a supervisory role means dealing with escalated situations and upset customers. She instantly got defensive and upset and had an attitude. She needs some management training. Part of making a bit more money than your employees includes dealing with these things. Get it together! **Tanika was unable to approve my loan, but she actually handled herself, very well. Kudos to her! Being out of money is stressful and I'm sure I was difficult to deal with at the time. Perhaps she should be the manager at this location? **So, I've taken out a lot of this. Bottom line: Make sure you have everything approved and ready before you tell someone they are coming in to sign for an approved loan. Being in financial trouble is VERY stressful. Being told that I had the money... and then being told that I didn't... was devastating. You can see how I'd be upset. My stuff should have all been reviewed and approved before I was told I had the money to help me. This type of thing could cause someone to kill themselves. You need to really watch the human element of things here. It isn't ALL about auditors and state guidelines. These are human beings who are broke. Think about that.
