Represenative was rude. She could never answer the questions I had so after the third question she stated ' she didnt think they could help' wouldnt even take the application. The questions that were being asked was in reference to the accident did not happen in NC and each state has different laws.
This place is the worse. Be very careful. Three days ago on Friday they told me I was approved for pre-settlement funding. Even signed the agreement. Was just waiting on lawyer to sign agreement as he would be out of office until Monday. Monday morning I called to see if my lawyer had signed yet so I could see when they would be transferring funds. They told me it was their error and I have not been approved. After thinking the whole weekend I was approved (because they said so and even signed agreement) writing out bills and everything, including peace of mind. And all they could say it was their error and "sorry". Don't trust them!
Got a total of $975 against my case from them in 2016 and now 3 years later I'm having to pay back over $3800. All the people I have spoken to at this company have been very rude and blunt but they are in New York so I guess in a way you'd typically have to expect that. Regardless take my advice and STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! It's so not worth it in the end!
