Love the experiences with the company had a hard time finding it but other than it was great.
They are so nice to you when getting you set up for your loan..but very RUDE after that. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone! Without someone like me..they wouldn't have a job!!!
The ONLY reason I am giving this financial institution a 1 star is due to a lady by the name of "Tori". Everyone else at this branch provides excellent customer service except her. As I'm reading other reviews, apparently I am not the only one who has an issue with her horrific customer service. She immediately talks to you as if you are her child. And I'm a mother and I still do not even talk to my child the way she talks to customers. I could understand if I started talking to her in a rude manner but no she has to be the most rude person I have ever dealt with. I asked to speak with the branch manager and he handled the situation and placed a note on my account about how rude Tori was and if I ever have any issues with her again then for me to contact him again. I suggest that if you are going to do business with this company, then do not work with Tori but everyone else is amazing.
We have never had a problem with Mariner up until, today. We have always spoken with an Abby who is amazing! That is the only reason I give them 2 stars, instead of one!! However, there is a "Tori" that has called my fiance's work BACK TO BACK. When he gets on the phone..she is automatically EXTREMELY rude. He asked her who did she think she was speaking to..and she actually answered "Do you want me to talk to you like a baby"??! Wow!! I have never dealt with unprofessionalism like this..EVER! We will be trying to resolve the issue with Abby, but I highly suggest you look elsewhere for a loan!
Employees were nice however was approved over the phone for 2k then get a call when i was 5 mins away and now only approved for 1k, not good business seeing that you turned away a customer that makes over 100k a year, could have sent many referals in but i would not recommend anyone now
