I layed away a shotgun and did the background check. Then five days later tyres to pick it up I learned Patrick did not put my background in the system. So I cancelled the sale for his stupidness. They have no training on how to process gun sales and corparation is not enforcing it.Everytime I try to pick my gun up after pawning there's always a problem called lack of training.This happened in the high point cash America stay away from there.
The Manager Patrick is rude and Mean
They sold me a tv worked when it was there as soon as I watched 30 min it went out will not return an it was a internal problem the tv company said an this pawn shop sells a lot of quick fix items to customers I was not the only one that has called about this problem
Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I have purchased several items over the last three years and have made good buys. Manager is always friendly and accessable. Would highly recommend their services.
