I have nothing bad to say. I was late a couple times. They made no fuss about it. I'm not sure why everyone else is having such a negative experience. Pay your bill and I guess you won't have a problem. Lol

I have had no issues with this company. I was out of work for a while. They worked with my payments. The staff is very friendly . I usually pay my bill online. If I'm going to be late I call them and let them know. I'm satisfied with the service they give

I only gave them one star because I didn't have a choice... They're a terrible place. I wouldn't recommend NO ONE to go through them. They're horrible!!! I made every payment on time. My sister was given only 2 weeks to live so I took time off work (it's was unpaid time off). I was really close to my sister and her passing wasn't easy. They threatened to come take my car because I wasn't able to make a payment. I told them about what was going on and tried to make arrangements and they was like there's nothing they can do. People please do your research before you go to a horrible place like this.

Let’s be real Unifour give loans to people with bad credit their apr will be high so don’t complain about draining your money when you knew it’s a high interest loan. I never had a problem while being with them for a year, I always paid on time. I later refinance when my credit score went up. My apr went from 18% to 6%. I appreciate Unifour for financing me to get the truck I wanted while having bad credit and also improving my credit score. Never get a vehicle if your not going to able to afford it or have emergency funds. It’s that simple.

My car was repossessed after being only 14 days late. The car was towed to the hickory location. After going Unifour to pick up the car I was asked to sign a paper saying that I had received everything out of the car but was not given an opportunity to go to the car because they clean the car out not me. I was later asked to sign a paper stating that the car was being returned to me. due to me having an engagement I had my granddaughter and wife to drive the car home. After getting home I noticed scratches on the passenger side of the car the passenger Beck's seed or a long and with scratches near the gas tank. I called immediately and was told that due to the holiday that they would not be able to look at the inventory list until Friday. after not hearing from anyone by lunchtime I called at 1 and ask to speak to the manager. Please no due to my physical conditions I find it very feasible to exercise and move my muscles so therefore I washed both vehicles that are on every single day so therefore I know what scratches or what dance maybe on my automobiles. The manager stated that she had lived at the inventory list. but please know I had to call her she did not call me she said she had looked at the manifest or looked at the inventory list and the inventory list show no damage I asked when did they meet when was the inventory list generated because the car was picked up in the pitch black of night and the car itself is pitch-black she stated that the inventory was done when the car was pick and she changed her mind since it changed her mind and said it was done when the car got to their facilities I wonder which one it was. I feel that uniform should be responsible for the damage they did not even look or even asked for me to bring the car up for them to look at they just said basically it was my fault I said always my fault and she says no I'm not blaming you but someone is to blame I know it wasn't me. I am not a mean person I try to help everyone I possibly came whenever I can but this is a little ridiculous I don't lie to people therefore if I don't like to be lied to I would have been just satisfied if you divorce and just said bring the car let's look at it maybe can be buffed out or something something but they gave me nothing.I only give this a star rating a one-star rating because I can't go ahead and fast are even less customer service to me was nice but the actions of even looking into or showing some kind of rewards to look even look at the car was not done I am highly upset in other words I am pissed.I know easy has his own robax I don't know who pick the car up maybe a third party or whoever picked the Alana mobile or damaged my car I only want it straighten out .
