Ruby is a ruthless and cruel individual. I have had car loans in the past and due to circumstance have been late on payments and they did not threaten or take my vehicle. I was half a payment late for the FIRST time and they repossessed my car. Then Ruby told me to get it back I would have to pay the entire loan off at one time. I said she was crazy and she proceeded to cuss me out and hang up on me. This lady sleeps with 5 cell phones under her pillow (her words). I think she thrives on repos. She has no conscience. Please find another loan company unless you are absolutely 100% sure you will be paying all payments on time.
Everyone was nice that i spoke with, Ruby looked out for me so many times, i had issues with making a payment on my 03 yukon denali xl, i always made sure i touched bases with her and she would do her best to help me. Just have to be honest, alot of people like to play games and evade trying not to make a payment then come online and play as the victim...no, when you sign for a loan at least be man/woman enough to keep your word and pay. Only way i can see anyone not being able to pay is if you lost your job...there again, it is your job to call and let them know. Be responsible people... THANKS MID EAST ACCEPTANCE!! Thank You Ruby!
I got a car through this place in February, and this is my first payment I haven’t been able to pay because of starting a new job, the lady there named RUBY is a rude old woman. Yes, I made a promise to pay with her for today, when it was due the 24th. I have not yet started my new job until Monday and was trying to work out another arrangement with her. She tells me no, she can’t give me more time. And says where is the car? I said I’m not telling you where the car is, I’m not even 12 days late on my payment and you are that rude to not work out with me another date? She wouldn’t do it. And now is threatening they are taking the car. This place has no morals for people and are very rude. I pray she gets what’s coming to her, KARMA. UPDATE:: They repoed my car not even 15 days after one missed payment. (They would not work with me, due to starting a new job.) Now I have a repo on my credit, no transportation to my new job, and I feel like there’s no nice people left in this word. Honestly, may God take the anger you have Mrs. Ruby. You’re evil.
Come on people let’s be honest the only way your going to have a problem is if you don’t pay your payments on time. If you do have a problem instead of ignoring them if you would just pick up the phone and tell them what’s going on 9 times out of 10 they will work with you within reason but you have to communicate with them. Amanda is the nicest person I have ever worked with I was truly upset when I paid off my truck that I wasn’t going to be talking to her anymore. Mrs Ruby is a nice lady well always nice to me. You have to understand that a good portion of the people they deal with do not have a good track record with paying their bills hence going to a buy here pay here. I don’t blame them one bit for taking cars back or getting upset when they have to call your Grandmother to track you down because your not answering their calls. If you plan on making your payments on time this is a great company if your not than stay away because they WILL come for THEIR property YES IT IS THEIR PROPERTY UNTIL YOU PAY IT OFF THAN ITS YOURS!!! I never used this company before, i was searching for loan companies & decided to read the reviews. I've heard about this "Ms. Ruby" years ago from strangers & people I knew & now to read these reviews about her are disturbing. If I ever thought about going to them, I sure will not now. Customer service, your attitude & treatment of people as well as professionalism will get you far every time. The ones up here talking about "if you make your payments on time you will not have a problem" Well lucky f*****g you to be sooo fortunate to be able to make every single payment on time! But you never know what occurrences will pop in to where you would have to be a little late on a payment. If the woman's attitude & the non customer service of the company can't understand or deal with that then maybe they are in the wrong business. They won't get my business.
