Horrible experience. We stood in front of Brandon for almost half an hour and he kept typing and looking up at us. Also we asked a lady without a name tag to show us a phone and she said she would be right with us but looked disgusted by us and not even 30 seconds later she went to show someone else around and I looked up at her waiting but instead she went to the back. Would recommend

Retail prices for old beat up stuff. It would be funny, but it’s more like blind robbery. Seriously, don’t waste your time.
We stop by almost daily to check out the Blu-ray movies. There's hardly ever anything that makes the trip worth it, but I'm a collector & it's a hobby of mine. Standing in line to purchase a few, a certain employee constantly bragged about she gets all of the good movies for her kids. Mentioned it at least 5 times. Therefore no customer gets a chance to actually see what comes in. This is unprofessional & borderline unethical. Employees should not be able to hide merchandise behind the counter on the clock to purchase off the clock. Super unfair & unprofessional.I could definitely understand this happening in a privately owned shop, but not it a franchise chain.
