This bank is a waste of time. Waited 20 minutes to try to get quarters. Wouldn’t take my $20 cash in exchange for quarters because I don’t have an account there. Even other bank will except them. Thanks for helping out your soldiers Fort Bragg Federal credit Union.
The customer service of this credit union is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Requests are ignored. Our car loan was through them and I was never able to get autopay set up. There were multiple phone calls about this as well. Do. Not. Use.
How is this even a financial institution? Horrible customer service and zero benefits in dealing with this place.
