NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE
There are friendly people at this bank however the ATM is down almost 50 percent of the time If they are there GREAT if you want money and it is not you are probably gonna be mad and cash LESS
Was very helpful and caring helped my eighty two year mother on several occasions l will always be grateful.
Setting up my account was great but when it's time to get in touch with someone, they never answer the phone! What kind of bank don't answer the phone ??
For one they never answer the phone but i've been there several times to change my address and be able to view both accounts online and yet they still fail to fix it. I've changed to estatements and yet they still charge me return mail fees. Worst bank i've ever been to. Time to cancel, if you want to go to a bank where they actually do there job i would not go to this one, they will just keep charging you fees no matter how many times you go to update your info
