I went into my first pawn shop in Raleigh(not Picasso) a couple of years ago to pawn/get a loan, and long story short, had a HORRIBLE experience. When I needed to pawn/get a loan again this year, I searched around and decided to try Picasso off Bethesda. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! ! They were so polite and transparent. The GM Kelly spent time with me, was thorough, upfront/honest, and gave me the best she could based on current values. I had such a great first experience, that I have been back. Everytime I go in, i am welcomed by name and everyone makes it feel like a personal experience and always goes above and beyond to work with me. Pawn shops aren't exactly known for their transparency and integrity, but at Picasso Pawn, they are nothing but.
