Closes at 4. What bank closes at 4? I'll tell ya. One who doesnt care about the customers anymore because they have name recognition.
Phenomenally Service! The line was heading to the door when I walked in but the staff assisted the customers quickly and in a courtesy manner. Even when some customers were short tempered, the staff maintained the professional service you expect from a BOA branch.
Good team work but the reason for 3 star they need to hire more employees!!
Wendy saved our BofA patronage. She stayed 90 minutes after closing to insure we were taken care of. She is a 10-Star review!!! She was great, but the verdict is still out on BofA overall.
They are always friendly and helpful. This is THE ONLY bank in Johnston County that will accept my regular deposits for a foreign retirement account in Euros. I would give them stars, but they refused a small loan once even though my credit score was 853. But that is Bofa, not the attitude of the employees at this branch.
