I had absolutely no issues with this place! I love the friendly staff as well. I actually just recently paid off my loan and they've sent me another live check to cash if I need it! I would recommend Mariner Finance!
If I could give a no star I would.... Horrible staff
Not impressed at all. Very poor customer service. I was left waiting all day to hear the results of my loan application. I called 3 times throughout the day but was only told i needed to call back. I knew they were closing at 7pm so i waited until 6:45 and called again only to be told that they tried to reach me (really? Because I've been waiting by the phone) and my loan was denied. I'm not upset about that. I'm upset because i told them this was an urgent matter and they couldn't have cared less. Seemed like they were just milking the clock until they could go home.
Horrible horrible place. Gave me the run around for two months telling me to do different things just to tell me I had been denied. Horrible staff. They're not friendly at all and everyone always has an attitude. Especially the manager.
This place is awful. Gave me the biggest runaround, get this and get that just to be turned down in the end. And then when the person told me I was denied, she used the biggest bulls***t about my credit report I've ever heard, something was so ridiculous all I can do is laugh about it now. Save your time and go somewhere else.
