I think SunTrust is great!! Yes, a litl slow at different times, not always but I always have someone very nice to wait on me! Always very courteous. Nicest bank I know of. If U want BAD service and hateful people, go to BBT. They will fix U right up!
They are so slow... I had to wait over 30 minutes at the teller for someone to get on the intercom to tell me that she would be right with me!!! It makes no sense especially when there aren't many customers.
Small branch. Great customer service, if there is a wait(sometimes at busy times up to 10- 15 minutes) they always tell me at the window before walking to help others & apologize. ATM drive thru. Large parking lot. Better experience then most places I have been. Have been going to this location for 2+ years.
Policies change so much its like every few months there's a new hoop to jump through just to pay my mortgage. Things change without notice! How ridiculous is it to go from paying online to using your bank account then to cash only to needing your id just to pay them??!!These policies and constant changes dont help your customers. It just frustrates us and makes us want to go some place else...
Don’t bother with this bank they are rude, the call center can’t tell you ever what’s going on, and they will charge fees every which way.
