Company promised me a working vehicle, but lied from the get-go. After financing a vehicle thru Homer, I was misinformed of issues. He fixed partial parts that his mechanics said were the only thing wrong with the vehicle, and making me pay for half of the damages before purchasing it which I was okay with. However, 2 days into driving it, my check engine light came on, and the vehicle was getting worse. It took three weeks to get into his mechanic, with another three weeks of me waiting without a vehicle to be fixed. I was informed I was responsible for half the labor/parts cost and could not get the vehicle out until I signed for it. The vehicle still ran improperly which didn't take me but two days to realize that. I tried calling, emailing and couldn't get answers so I had to find a mechanic to get these issues looked at. 2 weeks later, my alternator blew in the vehicle which caused me to have my vehicle towed out of pocket. I had a vehicle in the shops longer then I was able to drive the vehicle personally. This company is beyond crooked. I'll be reporting them to the better business bureau to prevent other customers from being screwed.
Homer and his staff are very professional and friendly and will work with and treat you with due respect.
Very UNPROFESSIONAL establishment. All types of violations regarding customer personal information confidentiality. They are quick to give you money but do not reveal they charge you ridiculous interest rates and they discuss your account information in front of other customers. All types of HIPPA violations. Should you get to the point to where you property has been seized, they tax you about $70 a day just for their fees to Heritage alone. Separate charges have to be paid to the tow company to even retrieve it back. Important information is withheld which is deceiving and it makes it seem as though they operate this business with more feelings than actual policy. Melinda is rude and very nasty. She speaks down on you and is racist. They do not give you the courtesy of informing you of new faces when dealing with your account. You could go in and it could be someone that you never even met announcing your personal information across the room to another employee. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The people here are unorganized and all smell of cigarette smoke. There was a big dog in the office that sheds a lot which is not considerate of customer allergies. And the entire establishment smells of mildew and mold.
Always a good experience with this company. They are good people as in other reviews Homer is one of the best he is always helpful in every way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a loan. Thank you for all the help and kindness . Michael and Donna Howell
