Katie is awfully rude and needs better costumer service. I had to call headquarters for her to get her act a bit better. I recommend not to come here there is better ones around the Asheville/Arden area.
Applied for a loan over 3 weeks ago, Got a call from them the next day asking for more information. Gave it to them and she said we should have you an answer by this afternoon or tomorrow at the latest. I am still waiting on an answer. .
