I read through all the negative reviews and don't understand them. If you have all the paperwork, fill out necessary forms.. Any establishment that loans money should be quick and simple.. It Sure Was For Me At This Check City! Staff is Great! And Vanessa was incredibly helpful!
Great place to get a small loan would have given them a five star rating but they were kinda slow but overall great place

I started coming here 6 months ago to send money to my husband and found I could get money off my card while there and get a money order but after 6 months of coming here for most of my cash needs and seem less transactions. I get one unbelievably rude employee when told me I had to fill out their application to get money from an ATM transaction. 6 months and I never had to fill out an application. It wouldn't have been so bad had the employee not got a really bad attitude when I asked basic questions as to why I had to have an application to get my money from an ATM. I won't be coming here again.
This location is Absolutely terrible! I don’t understand why its even here. I have came to this location 3 times now. They wont cash a personal check, even though everything is good and everything checks out with the check. Its almost like they don’t even have cash. Every other location will cash the same check, every time without any issues.
