I put an item on layaway, I put $100 a month down on it and because I missed the pay date. They had my phone number wrong and couldn’t get ahold of me so they put it back on the floor and said I forfeit my money. Who TF does that and takes a persons hard earned money knowing I was doing them a favor by buying this item that has been on the floor for two months. And doesn’t even give them in store credit. This place will never get a dime of my money and after you read I hope it does not get yours as well. If I could give it a -100000000000 I would. I cannot believe this F-ing place. I had a Bluetooth speaker I was wanting a loan on and they wanted to give me $10. I paid over $300 for this speaker. Beyond a joke. And I think every business should have an LED sign out front with the reviews going on it so people can see what kind of crack pot place this is.
Anthony and red-headed woman were both awful. They told me my gold jewelry was fake and my natural earth-mined diamond was suspicious. Reading these reviews, they think everyone's jewelry is fake. I saw them tell a woman her diamond was enhanced. Anthony, it takes a jeweler with a microscope to determine if a diamond is enhanced. You definitely don't have the ability to be assessing people's diamonds. Don't let them touch your stuff, and don't believe them if they say it is fake.
Took in bracelet and necklace both gold and stamped 14k yet was told they were fake. Took em to Rocky Mountain diamond and gold buyers and received cash and yes they were very real..
