Cindy at USA cash services was very professional and quick with the loan application and process. Even when I didn’t come in with all the credentials I needed. This is the worst place to get help from when you are in need. It's all fine and dandy till the company decides that they are going to change your payments without you knowing. Some employee took it oppon themself to change my account from speaking to me about the payment to auto drafting it. When I called to get it fixed no one seemed to care. I had to eat a lot of fees due to this.When going to pay off the loan I asked if they would do anything with the balance for all the problems. I was told that due to the interest being paid off in the begining of the loan there's nothing they could do.. At no time during the last few months of making these payments and repeatedly asking them to due something with the fees and problems it had caused, no solutions were ever offered. Stay away from this place. The loan cost me more then what they charged me.
