The information they give you when you first get a loan is inaccurate about what your balance will be each payment day. They have a column saying beginning balance on that day but if you call to pay off, the amount they tell you is much more. If you give out a loan report, the information should be accurate.
These are the worst people in the world these people will lie and lie take money from your account with out your permission lend nation is the worst people to do business with. The people who left good comments are their own employees to raise their ratings from all the bad experiences they give people do not trust these people no matter how much you need money they are deceitful liars and loan sharks at their finest they are not here to help people
Paid a partial payment and let staff know I'd pay remaining balance the next week.... 30 minutes later I got a call from the staff reminding me that my payment was due... Do you not document so your other coworkers can see? SO Unorganized and unprofessional. Every other day I get a phone call getting a "friendly reminder" GO TO CHECK CITY!!
I paid my stepbsons bill once, now they think they can just take money out my account without permission. They are crooks no not going to them.
