Did something change from all these reviews? The branch manager was kind but everyone else I've worked with had been rude and short with me. They also have offered a promotion that ended up not being as advertised, withheld information that messed with my eligibility on the promotion and then claimed their hands were tied and they have no way of helping me for two months in a row. Will definitely be discouraging business from U.S bank in the future.
I have to agree with many of the reviews here. I have always had great experiences with the US Bank people at the Saratoga Springs branch. They are amazing and always go above and beyond to help me with my questions. Great Job guys!
As others have said, the customer experience here is first class. They will do whatever they can to help you. They are also incredibly helpful for first-timers to help them understand how bank accounts, debit cards, credit cards, and credit score work. Everything was understandable and useful. This place definitely deserves Five-Stars.
I have to agree with another review that was posted about this bank; They have the best customer service. I recently moved here, and was VERY pleased with the service at this branch. Another great thing about this branch is that they are in the grocery store, and so they keep more convenient hours (open longer than the other banks I have used)
