I originally wrote this as a 1 star review due to issues with the institution. They have since fixed the issues. Shelby is a great person to work with. She was great at explaining the situation to me. All of the other people I talked to were not able to explain why the issues were happening. Everything is resolved now and the stress is gone. Glad they were able to resolve the issues.
Cypress needs to make banking easier. Not even worth my time for a detailed review. I will be moving my business elsewhere asap.
I would never use these guys again. Their online banking is from early 2000. I don't know how a bank could stay in business with their low quality of customer support and their lack of technology.

Cyprus charges extortionate fees for loan payments online or over the phone. Won't give me my own account information over the phone. Won't mail me my account information. Won't allow me to pay by mail. Basically paying them is impossible without paying the fee or physically going into a branch. I'm going to have to take a couple hours out of my day just to go get my account number so I can set up payments through bill pay. Unbelievable. What a racket.
