I deposited cash, they counted it wrong and put less in my account then what I gave them. I fought it (which took 3 trips there) and when they FINALLY balanced their till they called me and said “our numbers are off, it looks like we put in the wrong amount for you”. They were COMPLETELY unapologetic that they didn’t count my money. I understand mistakes happen but they tried to cheat me out of my money and they were awful to work with!
This branch is smaller, but it is very good. The customer service is top notch. Their work is quick and always comes with a smile. We have been able to set up accounts, have questions answered, and do . several banking transactions here without problems.
This bank always requires appointments to talk to bankers so you can never wait to get help. I won't be going to this Chase anymore, the one in traverse mountain is a little further from me but they are way better at customer service so I go over there for everything.
