Recently went in to consolidate some things and pay off a car. Heidi attended us and was VERY professional and very helpful. We had a very good experience with all the staff we worked with.
Best Bank & Best employees EVER! Especially an employee named Jason. Best customer service that I’ve ever had a bank offer! Also typically I’m on hold waiting to talk to an employee for at least 10 minutes. But there was no wait!
The branch manager promptly called me and apologized for an issue with a teller I complained about on their website, and she handled the situation perfectly. That’s the kind of customer service that will keep me a loyal customer, and not a business trait I see everywhere.
Worst branch I’ve ever been to. Recently went in to look at a home equity loan. Something I’ve never done better. When I asked the loan officer if there was any negatives of trying to get one at this time, I was told no and she made it sound like it was a good time to do it. I expect better advice from the bank I’ve been banking with for over 17 years. I wish I would have been told to do my own research on the market, how to do it or even that now wasn’t a good time. Now I’m out the $400 dollars for the appraisal fee. Should have taken it as a red flag when she said she’s never purchased a house before herself. Expensive lesson learned.
Every time I pull up through the drive-through there is not enough people to help. I sit there for way too long to get help. Please hire more people for the drive-through.
