From the moment I walked in, a friendly person greeted me and took me to her office to discuss my situation. Both ladies who worked with me were efficient, friendly and helpful.
I wanted to do this review sooner but never really had the time. However felt compelled to let people know how great this company is. I have taken out a couple loans through them and have been very pleased. First was about $1,200 and second was $3,200. Brittney Cissna has assisted me with both and was very knowledgable and professional. I have yet to have any issue. My rates were very reasonable, their site is very user friendly and easy to make payments on. Also if the loan is almost paid down and you plan on taking out another you can "refresh" your current loan to avoid a finance charge. I will continue to use this company for years to come.
This company doesn't deserve a star, especially with the representation I just witnessed. I am a customer at LARRY H MILLER USED CAR SUPERMARKET, while I was sitting at a table two young ladies approached a gentleman asking for a title for a check. The man (Wade Albers) was VERY rude stating he will not give it to them until the check clears. She stated it's Larry H Miller which he replied " I don't care". Refusing to give the title to a multi billion dollar company only saying he would mail it. He was very unprofessional, ignorant, rude and I never would guess he was from a financial institution. Do Not go to this company. They're representatives are horrible at their job...
