Great place, amazing customer service and really simple and nice staff. I definitely recommend Loyal loans.
They are very nice. I fell into some hard times and a deep depression and wasn't able to pay and totally didn't communicate for over a month. They have gone above and beyond to help me. Most places just take you to court. Not them. So Thank you Wendi for everything you've done. So anyone who needs a loan definitely use loyal loans.

Very nice and very helpful, the staff is not an issue. The problem is I had to move back to CO due to family issues and I need to make payments with a credit card but they do not offer the option to do so. I have sent three payments by mail since 11/01 and they have not gotten anything. I'm dealing with way more hassle than necessary due to the fact that they will not step into the 21st century and get a credit card system in place. I WANT TO PAY!!!!!! and basically i'm left at the mercy of the Postal Service. Unacceptable. Again, I cannot stress enough I WANT TO PAY IT OFF and yet I have to deal with USPS and their holiday excuses. I'm not happy with the total lack of payment options!!!!!!!!! Now I have had to have the western union do research requests and pay more money to them to do the research. I always take or return Loyal Loans phone calls so it's not like I am trying to dodge them, I want to pay!!!!!! Get a CREDIT CARD SYSTEM. Not that hard to setup a paypal account!!!!!!!!!!! Wendi and Lori are not the issue, the issue is that the owner needs to make payments more accessible. I worked for Chekline which is by far the worst in the valley and even they had a credit card system. This has caused so much inconvenience and hassle on my end that it's not even funny. Venmo, Paypal, there are so many options. There is no excuse in 2017 not to have a credit card system in place!!!!!!! If you had this, the damn loan would have already been paid off!!!!!! $280 worth of payments that they havent recieved and it's just floating around out there, somehwere..... Customer service isn't the issue. The issue is you have someone running a business like its 1965!!!!! Not cool. Just a total inconvenience to the customer.
Worst customer service ever and completely unprofessional. I was told by Carlos the Manager that I got denied for a loan because I'm a debt collector and I work in the financial industry. Then I was told it was because they couldn't verify my place of employment because my HR department only contacts through VIA email and they didn't do that. If that's the case that's fine but I was profiled and discriminated because of my employment. I would never send anybody there! They are supposed to help you in times of need and not make ignorant comments. Management is a joke.
