On line banking can be VERY challenging! Though the online banking does work when you are able to access the software, getting to the "Forgot Password" is like falling off a cliff with no bottom. Customer support people are wonderful, kind and willing to help, but the software and the provider leave a lot to be desired. For my business, Wasatch Peaks is not a good choice (about 80 people) lots of online business AR/AP. Again the people are great but there is only so much that a kind person on the phone can do. . . . and asking a business person to come into the branch to look into it defeats the reason for online banking!
I was rushing from work to deposit some money I called them at 5:55 and told them I would be there right at 6 and she told me she would wait for me. I pulled in at 6:01 and they were all locked up and gone. Low blow guys
