Really have been great since day 1. Kami and Nisha have been wonderful to work with, seems like the bad reviews are from people that haven’t made their payments and such. If you make your payments you have nothing to work about with them, thanks guys!
If I could give them no stars I would, when we bought a car threw them sure the body looked nice, but with in the first month we had to dump 600$ into it for repairs, then when I gave them the car back because of the mechanical reasons that I couldn’t afford, now 2 years later they are trying to sue me for 12,000$ and I know they re-sold the impala that I gave back to them!
I have worked for this company for over 6 yrs. It is a wonderful Finance Company, goes above and beyond to help their customers rebuild their credit. I would recommend anyone to this company.
Great company to work with. We had been turned down other places due to credit and yes the interest rate was a bit high - but that was because of us not them. They worked with us and got us into a car we could afford. Niesha was great - on the few occasions we needed to push a payment back a week she was very helpful. The communications were great and we appreciated the reminders on both payment and when there office hours would be a little different (for vacations, holidays, etc)
