This place is the worst if your trying to get a cash advance. They waste your time. Unable to verify information you give them. They always have an excuse on why they cant give you a loan. I should have went to The money store 1st. I received my loan in 20 min.
The gal who works there has horrible customer service. Very rude, and unhelpful. Walked out & went somewhere else where they gave me amazing customer service.
Worst loan place by far because i didnt have a bank account couldnt help even with a check account for a check cashing card and recent paystubs. And then they scanned all my paperwork My paperwork like my title to my truck and my moms name was on it because i didnt have a liscence when i bought it. But her name first or then my name. Instead of askin if i had it here before i sat for 20 min just for them to tell me no i need the vehicle after they made copies of my title and stuff and got references from me my mother she got a phonecall 2 weeks later by a lawyer saying she owed them 1000 bucks from 2004 using my reference and my paper they should have never even looked at again because i ended up not getting a loan from them because they made it way to hard because i didnt have a bank account they liked. I mean come on 2004 and You idiots didnt try to get it until now its been 16 years she hasnt worked for like 4 ive been helping her out. Even is she did or didnt pay it who keeps records like that for that long. What the waited until she couldnt remember if she paid it or not and then go after it when they could have tried the 12 years she did work. This Company is pathetic and i would not tell anyone to get a loan from them ever i personally hope they close thier doors because u can get a loan online in less time with less.
