I've dealt with many mortgage companies in my life and Intermountain Mortgage is far and away the best. At the initial meeting, they will provide a very detailed schedule of what documentation will be necessary and they follow through to help you at every step. Compared to the mortgage process from large banks, it's like night and day. They understand the Park City market and Ian Poor and Ellen Bialick are friendly and professional. If I could give them more than five stars, I would!
