I made 1st payment on time of $300. When my next payment came due I owed more than when I took out the loan to begin with. My loan amount didn't go down, it went up. Even with a $300 payment. These people are crooks disguised as used car salesmen and women. Don't get a loan here.
I did not care. For. How one min. I qualified. And when I WENT BACK. I DID NOT QUILIFY BUT YET. THEY SAID. At one point I had. So miss leading. Plus. 30% interest rate. U are better off going to a bank for a loan.
Cannot contact to remove myself from their mailing list!! I called BOTH numbers on the advertisement they sent me to cancel and they were literally both just advertisements for other things! Cable, car insurance, addiction treatment, you name it! I called the number on their website and no option to speak to a person! Called this location and SURPRISE SURPRISE NO ONE PICKED UP. If you're thinking about getting a loan with them be careful because it's basically IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO AN ACTUAL HUMAN.
Horrible customer service....they are amazing when your trying to get money from them, however when I needed them to write a letter for me to send to the credit bureau they were total jerks. I had to back out of a contract on a 510,00 REPC and lose all of my $3000 earnest money because they couldn't take 5 minutes to send a simple letter stating my account was not paid in full. The manager seemed to think it was rather funny or like it was some kind of joke. I have been trying to get this letter for two weeks now. Their customer service SUCKS!!!! Once they aren't making money off of you any more, they could care less about your needs.
I usually dont write reviews but I feel obligated to. DO NOT receive a loan from here. The interest rate is ridiculously high, even with good credit, and they are unprofessional. John does not advocate for his clients or show any compassion. He also proceeded to argue with me over the fact that I did not answer his phone call in a certain amount of time, due to my having to work, therefore he withdrew my loan. This was within a 3 day time frame INCLUDING the weekend. Save your money and time and go somewhere else, you will be glad you did.
