Despite the outside of the building and the Landscaping that probably needs to be done to better see the place once you get inside the employees there are very helpful knowledgeable and willing to do anything they can to help you. It was a very personable visit or I thought I had made two friends in business. I would definitely go back to them and I will to make my payment LOL.
I am not sure why the other reviewer is so negative- Marsha was and always has been so delightful to me and every other customer she has encountered. I get my loans there because of Marsha. From previous experience I found if you make your payments *On time* they don't have a reason to continue to call you or your references. I will add- you cannot smell cigarettes when going into her business. It is always clean with a scentsy warmer going- Marsha and Caitlyn take great care of that business and it is always well kept.
The staff is friendly good place to cash checks, but the loans are messed up, my wife and i signed up for a loan the contract said we have to pay back a certain amount and they claim we have to pay back more then what the contract says don't get caught up in this loan scheme.
Never had I delt with people who harass you non stop (Her Name Is Marsha) before your payment is even due they call you to remind you then they call you like 3 times the day you’re loan is due If you don’t answer your phone because you are at work, or call them back even if your working and don’t have your phone on you. They will immediately call all your references and your employer and harass them. We got a title loan and paid every month on our loan granted we were late paying we always paid. This lady acted like we were 30 days late the kind of harassment they do is really unprofessional and a joke to do business with you people. Anyone who reads this message think twice about coming here for a loan. Check City is way more professional. Thank god i don’t have to smell the nasty cigarettes from Marsha anymore.
