Typical loan shark company. They will find any way to charge you more interest and additional fees. They will not work with you in any way or come to an agreement even tho they are making 300% to 400% interest on the loan. BE WARNED, STAY AWAY!!
This company is a joke!!! They won't provide you with Customer Service without yelling at you and putting you on hold. They have no issues sending you to court and once they get paid refuse to file a release of judgment. I called and got yelled at by Brenda then placed on hold for 10 minutes to have them come back and ask me for my name again. Then got the pleasure of talking to Misty who told me they would have to call me back. Do you really think I will be getting a call back?! But of course they mailed me a copy already and why can't I just go to the courts to get a copy. Screw you! IT'S YOUR JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE, just horrible. i had identity theft years ago and apparently the person took out a loan at that time with them. for that reason i cannot take out a loan with them? thats just not right im sorry plus if its been what they claim is 18 years. why do they still keep it? turns out the business is NOT even that old. its clear by now they're not going to get any money from said scammer. be advised if you have ever had identity theft DO NOT try to get a loan here there solution go change my social security number and my last name, yeah like thats something im just going to run out and do for a 100 dollar loan jajajajaja not going to happen. a better solution just tell me that i dont qualify instead of excuses and things that cant be done if i could have given 0 stars i would have -5 is a better rating
