They are quick to solve concerns and they always answer all questions clearly in a language that is understandable. I love my neighborhood Central Bank and can’t imagine bank in elsewhere.
I love Central Bank! We started our business account with them nearly 20 years ago. After experiencing great personalized service, we quickly moved our personal accounts there as well. We have taken out business loans and worked with their construction lending department on behalf of our own customers. We also have our personal mortgage after finding they had the best rates and lowest fees for our situation. Their online banking is great and I love my weekly text notifications with my account balances, or alerts when my balance runs low.
