Called the bank so many times and told them to update the credit bureaus that I had paid off my debt so I can increase my score and they just will not help. Horrible bank. Greedy and makes you run around.
Love this credit union! For years we had been visiting this location because they were a participanting credit union with another credit union we had accounts with. Even though we were not their members they treated us as such. They made an effort to remember our names. They have bent over backwards to help us. Needless to say, we finally made a switch. We moved all the accounts that we could over to them. We had a rough start with direct deposits not working(not their fault) and they took care of us. They have amazing customer service. Even opened up accounts for our children's 4-H projects. Wonderful place to have taking care of your money.
We have our kids set up kids joint accounts with us and student accounts. The staff is very patient with the kids when they come in to deposit or ask questions. Very family friendly and a great place to learn early how to manage money.
Absolutely the best service I have ever received. I worked with a Woman named Donna. I applied for a car loan and ran into problems. Donna helped me figure out how to get what I wanted by giving me some advice and a direction. I found the car that I wanted and called her. She worked a full 24hrs to help with my loan and spoke with banks around the area I was in to make it painless and so easy! I almost thought it wasn't real. I kept waiting for a snag that might happen. The dealership worked with Donna and at the end of the day I walked away with the car of my dreams. I know that without Donna none of it would have been able to happen. I am so grateful to her for what she has done for me! She is a diligent worker and took my needs and applied them to her own. I owe Donna so much! Thank you Donna!
3 times visiting to try to open an account and never able to because their staffing issues or because I get out of work at 5 and got there 15 minutes before the lobby closed( drive thru open until 6) nobody would help me to open accounts. I was turned away every time. I am super busy, so this was a frustrating experience.
