Friendly, Fast and Sincere. Those moments when you are up against a temporary financial wall???, it can be seriously quite intimidating and yes....a bit depressing to ask for help.... Primarily within a new unfamiliar terain/business. I had noticed this location for several years ....so I know it was potentially well-grounded. Well, I wasn't dissapointed....and very quickly feeling at-ease that I could be properly assisted.....nice. Hats-off to Bret and Trina for being my new "logistic-rescue needs" friends. I want to personally thank Bret Christenson for resolving a nightmare situation with my Title ! The DMV made a mistake sending it to titlemax because I never got a loan on my vehicle .. but despite not having a loan on my truck Brett was kind and patient enough with me and was able to get it all sorted out and my title sent to me :-) if that's not going above and beyond job duties I don't know what is! :-) now that I live out of state if not for Bret, I'm sure I would still be trying to hunt down my title.
