Best customer service I have experienced in quiet a while. Ziti was awesome, kind and friendly.she was quick and efficient. Thank you so much.
They are great for a short term loan. They used to be my first choice but they definitely aren't anymore. I have been a customer for years, never had any problems making payments or anything. At the beginning of the year I had pay issues beyond my control (not going into detail)...they wouldn't work with me. I still planned on paying everything I owed and I did but at the time I needed help. The best advice they could offer is..."Go tell your bank to put a stop payment against Check City. If you end up missing four payments in a row, collection efforts start." Well I didn't plan on missing four payments and I didn't but they should have something in place when it comes to working with people especially if the customer has a great history with them.
Check City has the best customer service in the industry, the manager at this location and her staff are very welcoming.
