This is a decent branch. The people are friendly. Downside: you have to come into the grocery store. And I am now frustrated that this is the third time I have been in to close a loan I applied for online and this is the first time the girl has been here and I have now waited for over 40 min and still haven’t seen her. When I got here I was told that she was just finishing up which was not true. Pretty frustrating because I have been trying to do this for a week.
There is not 1 person at this branch with any authority whatsoever. I've been to this branch 2 times and both times I was unable to pull out my own funds because the amount was too large. I asked for a supervisor and they informed me that they don't have that power at that branch. I will never use this branch again
