I absolutely love this company, this isn’t the typical run-of-the-mill loan company. My biggest suggestion is to be open and honest with the reps there and pay your loan off quickly. The best times to go in is between 10:30am-11:30am and 1:30pm to 3pm.
I just spoke with them. I took a 100$ loan out and has never been late. To pay it off early they’re charging 94$ after I already paid 90$. Then you will be charged a daily interest rate even though you’re payments are up to date. The guy in the see hawks jersey (Andy) did not say that or I would’ve just said hell no! NICE PEOPLE BUT THEY DO NOT TELL ALL THE INFORMATION ! I should be on my last payment not have 4 more. Zero stars! ZERO! They’re lucky you got to put a star to even post a review. They know if they give you all the information less people would take a loan out. It’s a business move ok but people READ AND CALL SOMEON ELSE FOR HELP! Do not ask them, it’s their job to get that loan out so they can charge nearly double to pay it off. People with good credit don’t use loans, wished I used my common sense.
I love The way that when I come in I feel respected love care for it in my family. I also feel like it is about me is the customer and not about what’s in my pocket. And DANELLY is the Most amazing professional Chris Maddock individual that I have ever had the experience of dealing with. Do not go here, they have this “first loan free” bs and it’s a scam. Andy said it would be no penalty to pay off my loan early and that’s not the case. Long story short before you sign if you’re not clear on something don’t ask them, research it because they’ll feed you a lie which is business as usual. Now instead of me being 10$ away from paying them off, it’s a whole different story. Moral of the story Payday loan places are scams. Do your research and see the results, not just these people many are, it took me to research to see that. Negative 4 stars for dishonesty, the truth always comes to light.
