I do not recommend this Credit Union. As the manager of the Sprint store we have many promotions that deposit our customers with cash into a credit union account. I called around town to see which credit union I should refer them, as many of our customers do not bank with a credit union. Goldenwest credit union was rude, impolite, and I would never recommend them. All I wanted to do was talk to a manager or whomever in charge to see if there was anything we could do to make sure they would take care of my customers. The manager refused to talk to me and said if I wished to talk to them I would have to write to their P.O. Box. If you are considering a credit union, go elsewhere. They wouldn't give me the time of day and they wont to you either. They don't want me to refer clients to them so I won't.
Carrie and her staff are very friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. Every question is met with patience and understanding. Answers come quickly and I am very satisfied with their service. I have never had a bad visit at this branch. I have been banking here for 6 years now and have been treated very well. I recommend this branch to anyone looking to start a vehicle loan or a banking account.
I love this branch of Golden West. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Carrie Hill, the branch manager, is always friendly and I never leave without having all of my questions answered. She is very attentive to all of my banking needs. I recommend this branch to anyone who desires great banking services!
