Absolutely 1 star, which is disappointing because up until July had a great experience with KB. 45 days to close 1 account, STILL charges with "maintenance fees" and overdrafts - NEVER notifies of the overage so was hit again with more fees - on an ACCOUNT that was CLOSED over a month ago. Tried talking to MAC who "took care" of closing out the OLD account - used for an auto loan, PAID IN FULL - and opening a NEW banking account... Was told he was with a customer and was asked to leave my name and number so that he could call me back, waited all afternoon - finally called back myself and was told HE LEFT FOR THE DAY. T1 customer service, truly. WHAT A JOKE Now I have to physically go in AGAIN to close out the SAME OLD ACCOUNT.
Would not recommend opening a personal loan or a business loan with KeyBank. Their online system, customer service and overall service is extremely frustrating to work with.
Extremely poor experience. The head honcho at one point was just arguing with me about a rule implemented that i haven't seen with any other bank. In conclusion very unprofessional establishment once you hit the slightest hitch.
