Wow! Love the photo recently taken June 11, 2019 believe it was Gary. All That Glitters is fantastic the staff the management everyone I have worked with for the past two decades have been awesome. I have been taken care of or that I probably should’ve been but I guess maybe I’m part of the family right now. Thank you Steve Shanna Carrie Renee Melody Karen No I’ve missed people forgive me but you know in my heart you’re the best. I do miss Penny though bring her back please!

I'm sure these guys aren't that bad according to the reviews, unless their fake but I digress. I did come in last minute but The 2 stars is because I was under the impression that they did loans as well as pawn. I took in old laptop. Yes it's old 2011 macbook. I assumed that people grant loans based on many factors but mainly the value of the loan, the likelyhood and the ability to pay back the loan. Again the computer is old but they still sell very fast at 200$,...... But as this particular computer is worth 1000X that to me. It has 15 or more years worth of pictures and music. It's my sisters 45th birthday today, I won't be making it because theses guys took absolutely zero of that into consideration. I doubt I'll be back in this place since the only time I visit is because of an emergency and these people have zero empathy or consideration for someone who will guaranteed be back for that computer on payday!! I'm sure that these guys have been burnt a bunch but that's the job am I not correct. I'd say they gave a uninformed assessment that ended up costing their company money. Partly my fault I should have been more persistent with my case given I do sales. ALL IN ALL I THINK THE 2 STARS IS EARNED I wish the best to them and hope another customer gets the opportunity I was never offered.
