When an Umpqua Bank customer writes me a check, Umpqua Bank tries to charge me $6 to cash it. This is plain and simple theft. Stand your ground and demand all the money that is owed to you. Be firm and you will get it. They prey on the weak and fearful at the rate of $6 per check. This corporation has no power over you. Do not be weak and fearful.
Love Umpqua Bank; Hate this location. I get lousy service, misinformation, and poor treatment. Not sure what it is about this place (and it is more than just one person too).
