Awesome people and fast service
Wish I could give 0 stars! We came to cash some checks because we just recently moved to Oregon. The guy who was helping us was a jerk. He treated us horrible!!! He wanted a phone number to call (note- utah is an hour ahead) I googled the company and gave him the number. He told me they wouldn't cash it because he had to call and verify it was an actual check although it had two signatures from the owner and it was a watermarked check. We also heard him hang up the phone on a customer simply because "he could only answer so many questions." You guys seriously need to evaluate your definition of customer service and how you treat people. I will NEVER return due to this first experience. And the man who was working should be fired. I've never dealt with someone with so much attitude. If you hate your job so much, quit .
The associates are friendly and very helpful. Have a wait at times due to only one associate in the store.
Stop sending me promotional papers in the mail. If I needed cash I’d get it from my bank account.. you are wasting paper on people who don’t blow all their money in one day and need a loan later in the week. We don’t and won’t ever use a cash advance
