Place is operating on Sunday!!! Yeah. Staff is friendly and helpful. Been here before but I had to sign up as new client. Was in and out of there in 10 mins.
Zero stars! This guy had no idea what he was doing! He went on a 10 minute break in the middle of us trying to cash my check! Which never worked! This place is horrible. I even called on the phone ahead of time to make sure I had all the proper things that I needed in order to cash the check then once I got there they told me all this information I got was wrong! But I called you guys!!!!!! Ridiculous!
Kelila was wonderful and showed great customer service!
I honestly do not understand the rude attitude from April. She went out of her way to provide the worst customer service, was not clear to details of her job description. Apparently it is too difficult to provide professional service to customers in 2019. If you have other alternatives, take them.
I tried to cash my payroll checks there and was told it was expired by two employees. I was actually able to go to a different location and cash the checks WITHOUT a problem. They were just being very rude and immature. I will not go there again.
